About mrs. push
MEET MELISSA MOR
It all started one night while watching Netflix on the couch, pregnant with baby number three. I asked my husband what I was getting for my push present, and he laughed, reminding me I never picked one for babies one or two. I asked for one anyway. He wanted to get me something special but wanted my input, and I couldn’t find anything I loved. Everything felt cheesy or generic. Then he got intimidated because I kept saying no, so it became my project to find one.
In the end, I never officially got a push present—but as I started designing and sourcing pieces for what would become Mrs. Push, I made them all with my kids’ names and initials. I went from zero push presents to about a hundred.
The name actually came years before the business. Back in 2016, while negotiating a hotel room upgrade over the phone, the person on the other end said, “Alright, Mrs. Push, we’ll give you the better room.” It stuck, and my husband still calls me Mrs. Push anytime I need to make something happen. When it came time to name the brand, it felt perfect. It already represented everything I stood for—persistence, motherhood, and celebrating life’s biggest pushes.
Before launching the brand, I spent most of my career in New York as a women’s ready-to-wear buyer, traveling to Paris a few times a year and curating collections from brands like Balenciaga, Givenchy, Lanvin, The Row (yes, I’ve met Mary-Kate and Ashley), and Zimmermann. That experience taught me how to curate with intention and emotion, qualities I felt were missing in jewelry for moms.
Mrs. Push celebrates every mom who keeps pushing—for her family, her dreams, and herself—with timeless, personal pieces that honor life’s most meaningful milestones.
