  • Complimentary Coverage: Any item purchased directly from mrspush.com is eligible for free repair within the first year of purchase.

  • Beyond 1 Year: After that window or if the damage is due to misuse repairs can still be made for a service fee plus shipping. Price will depend on item.

  • Not Covered: Because jewelry is meant to be worn and loved, some things such as tiny scratches, changes in color, or tarnishing from everyday life (including water or chemical exposure) are not covered under our repair policy

  • International Orders: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for two-way shipping costs.
